As they leave the event early, hoping to find answers, they learn the security system is down at the Cooper’s mansion…and that Chris isn’t the only one missing from the party.

This is a short exciting listen.


Bridgett is enjoying a wonderful summer as the nanny for an adorable little boy. As time passes she and Chris the landscaper begin a romance. One evening when the parents are out, everything changes. Fast pace, full of action this thriller novella will keep the listener on edge. It is pretty graphic, so if you are offended by blood and mayhem it may not be for you.



The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Veronica Pace brought the story to life.

The Summer Nanny

This a fast paced fun short story. The narration is nice and easy to listen to. I did feel a bit lost at times since this was my first book in the series An Emerald City. I also felt that a bit more back story could have been added. Overall great plot and defiantly worth a listen.

Great Addition to the Series!

This is the third book in the Emerald City series. This short novella is well written, and suspenseful. The storyline is captivating, filled with unpredictable twists and turns. Veronica Pace did a fantastic job with the narration. Looking forward to listening to Viable Hostage, the next book in the series.
