I love how it gets straight to the point. Will buy the book now too to use as a reference.

Sort of right?

Helping clients challenge thoughts is part of coaching. However, the example in this book of telling a client go from saying “I’m fat” to “I’m thin” is unrealistic and won’t help them.

Very Hood and Practical Applications For Immediate Use

Enjoyed the audio book thoroughly. It helped me to have knowledge of a general structure for all clients. Just when I thought that my natural skills were enough.

The title is spot on!

If you are considering becoming a life coach this is an invaluable guide. Presented primarily for a British audience, the bulk of the information can be used in the US. I will be using this audio book as a manual while pursuing my studies in this area and after I receive my certification.
