Another Maxwell classic!
John Maxwell is one of the few authors I've read, where every page presents something I can take action on today. I will go back through this book again, as it contains so many nuggets that can make an average communicator above average, and a good communicator a great one. Thanks, John, for sharing your gift with us again. And even though we've never met in person, I consider you a mentor and a friend.
