Narcissistic abuse is a form of abuse that ensures victims are left emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and devoid of any self-worth or self-esteem. I was a victim of a malignant narcissist for seven years of my life, and I know just how crushing it is to live such an abusive and suppressed life. Empowering

I felt like this was wrote about me and the relationship I’m trying to escape.....zero contact is what I’m trying to get through right now as I am staying at hotels trying to make sure he doesn’t come to my house and lure me back in....every time I think I want to hear from him I just push play and listen some more.

About 99% of this hit home to me. I have recently left a toxic relationship for the I don’t know how many times. And his smart campaigns were getting to me. He has tried to use my friends and family to his benefit. However, the ones I still allow to let in my life have told him where he could go. He is woven through my family and his daughter is NO HELP. But he and I share a child. I hope she doesn’t grow up to be with a man like her father.

Valuable

It’s been a year since I escaped my ex. We haven’t been divorced yet, because using our children as pawns is his way of controlling me. However, a year ago I was able to get a restraining order. As scary and almost unhelpful I thought it was going to be, it’s been priceless. The same as the “no contact” rule described in this book. This audio just helped solidify all the work I’ve done. I hope anyone going through this heeds the advice of this book.
