I have major sleep issues, this is really calming. The hypnosis walks you through relaxing your body. It’s great.

I have problems with getting to sleep and staying asleep all night. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I have trouble getting back to sleep. However, I have been playing this audiobook through headphones when I go to bed at night. I am not where I want to be with sleeping yer. However, listening to this audiobook nightly is improving my sleep. I got a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left a review.
