I love Cass as a character. She is dedicated to her family while constantly being blamed or undermined for all that she does for those around her.

Cass Leary is a fighter to the end.

The story is great, but I've made it through 3 of these books and I'm sorry, but the narrator's voice gets more an more tinny and nasal with each book. I'm not going to be finishing this series sadly because of this.
