I enjoyed the story and the narrator always a pleasure. LL Diamond writes P&p variations so well. One of my favorite fan fiction writers

Great story, beautifully read

I couldn’t stop listening. This story is not a retelling of Austen’s original. It is unique, with some new and many familiar characters. I loved it.

I think my heart might explode. Yes, it’s an entirely different story than Pride and Prejudice. You could change the characters names and make it, it’s own incredible love story, that I truly believe would hold its own but the fact that she made it about these characters we all know and love! It’s almost too much for one heart to take. This is without a doubt the most romantic book I have ever read. Read it and then read it again!

Sad, sweet, and steamy

L.L. Diamond knows how to create a beautiful balance between a sweet and incredibly spicy romance. This story also has a lot of sadness. With one of the normal good guys playing a totally different character. I have listened and relistened to this story many times and will continue to do so.

Steamy, Swoonworthy, and Satisfying

This story is a deeply emotional journey for Elizabeth and Darcy as they navigate a relationship that begins while Elizabeth is already married to a man who wed her under false pretences. When Elizabeth's husband maneuvers ODC into an adulterous relationship for his own purposes, the steamy portion of the journey begins. However, even before that Darcy is supportive and swoonworthy while Elizabeth teases him into a good mood as a friend. The angst and loneliness of ODC is tempered by the promise that they will have their HEA after a time.
