I love this book

I would recommend this special little book on how to become a better communicator. Really love this book as I'm a shy person and always felt that I can't speak well but this book has given me lots of advice how to change his perspective

Informative!

When I started reading this book, I wondered if it was for me? However, once I got to chapter 4 I knew it was for me. Chapter 5 is what I related to the most. I will listen to this book again, practicing communication is the key. This is a good self help read.
