Guest laughing at every question

Khiara is suggesting federal funds should be available to ASSIST “poor, marginalized and undocumented people” in attaining abortions.
She believes as a lawyer her duty is to try and change laws.
She concludes that to do away with Roe v Wade will lead to criminalizing gay marriage and gay consensual sex.
Is she laughing because she knows she’s lying?
