    התוכן לקט שיחות בענין שיעורי חת"ת: 1) גם מי שיש לו שיעורים בנגלה ובחסידות וכו' – עליו לשמור על שיעורי חת"ת, ויש בהם ענינים מיוחדים וסגולות מיוחדות. 2) לימוד שיעורי חת"ת הוא סגולה לכמה ענינים; אם לא הספיקו ללמוד במשך היום – אפשר להשלים בלילה (בנוגע לחומש ותהלים יש שקו"ט אם מותר בלילה). 3) כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר אמר שהתקנה דשיעורי חת"ת היתה קיימת מכבר אלא שהוא פרסם, צוה וביקש לקיימה; אמירת תהלים לפני התפלה הוא ענין בפ"ע, כאן מדובר על אמירת שיעור חדשי בתהלים אחרי התפלה. 4) שיעורי חת"ת מיועדים לכולם – חסידים, לא-חסידים, ואפילו מי שרק "בשם ישראל יכונה"! 5) הבטחה גמורה ששמירת התקנה דשיעורי חת"ת לא תפגע בפרנסה, ואדרבה! 6) התעוררות ע"ד שמירת התקנה שכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר – נשיא בישראל שמסר את נפשו עבור כאו"א מכלל ישראל – פירסם והשתדל שיתקבל בכל תפוצות ישראל – שיעורי חת"ת; הוא תבע זאת, ביקש והציע, והבטיח – שאם רק ירצו, יוכלו לעשות זאת מתוך שמחה! 7) על שיעורי חת"ת שכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר פרסם וצווה להפיץ – אמר, שזו תקנת הבעש"ט! ע"י שמירת תקנה זו "ממשיכים" את הבעש"ט ו'בעש"ט'סקע ענינים והנהגות! 8) גם מי שלא שמר על שיעורי חת"ת עד עתה – "אין דבר העומד בפני התשובה" ויכול להתחיל מכאן ולהבא, ולפעול כך גם על אחרים.1) משיחת כ' כסלו ה'תשי"ז. 2) ב' חלקים משיחת יו"ד שבט ה'תשכ"ט. 3) משיחת י"ג תמוז ה'תשכ"ט. 4) משיחת יו"ד שבט ה'תשל"ח. 5) משיחת יו"ד שבט ה'תשמ"א. 6) משיחת י"ב תמוז ה'תשד"מ. 7) משיחת י"ח תמוז ה'תשמ"ה. 8) אור לי"ז תשרי ה'תשמ"ט. ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=27-01-2026 Synopsis A compilation of sichos on the topic of Chitas: (1) Even one who has regular studies in Nigleh and Chassidus etc. must also study Chitas, which contains special qualities and segulos. (2) Studying Chitas is a segulah for a number of things. If one didn’t finish during the day, he can make it up at night (though there is a discussion as to whether Chumash and Tehillim may be said at night). (3) My father-in-law, the Rebbe, said that the takanah of Chitas existed even before he introduced it, but it wasn’t publicized. Saying Tehillim before davening is not the same as Chitas; here we are talking about reciting the Tehillim for the day of the month, and after davening. (4) Chitas is for everyone: Chassidim, non-Chassidim, and even one who is “called by the name Yisroel.” (5) There is an absolute promise that studying Chitas will not detract from one’s livelihood; to the contrary, it will increase it. (6) My father-in-law – a Nasi of the Jewish people who gave up his life for every Jew – publicized the takanah of Chitas and strove to spread it to all Jewish communities; this is what he demanded and requested and recommended, and he promised that if only a person wants to, he will be able to keep the takanah with joy. (7) My father-in-law the Rebbe said that Chitas is a takanah from the Baal Shem Tov – and by keeping it, one draws down the Baal Shem Tov and Baal-Shemske things.     ברביעי דפ' בשלח מסופר אודות קריעת ים סוף. מסופר במדרש דזה מ"ש הקב"ה "דבר אל בנ"י ויסעו" הוא כי רצה הקב"ה שיהודי יקפוץ לים רק בגלל שכך צוה הקב"ה, ורק לאחר שנחשון בן עמינדב קפץ לים – נבקע הים, ובנ"י ניצלו ממצרים והלכו לקבלת התורה וכו' עד לכניסתם לא"י. וההוראה: גם אם רואים מסביב מניעות ועיכובים ללימוד התורה בהתמדה ושקידה ולקיום רצונו ית' בהידור, הנה כאשר מראים שמ"מ מוסרים נפש כדי לקיים את רצונו ית', אז מתבטלים בדרך ממילא כל המניעות ועיכובים. ובפרט בנוגע לתלמידי הישיבה, שכל ענינם הוא לימוד התורה וקיום מצוותי', ולפעמים נדמה להם שיש להם מניעות קשים ביותר (ובפרט מצד חבריהם הלא-טובים), ועאכו"כ לנצל גם את זמנם הפנוי מסדרי הישיבה ללימוד התורה – הנה כאשר הבחור לא נבהל מכל המניעות אלא "קופץ לים" – "נקרע הים" ומתבטלות המניעות ועיכובים, ולא עוד – אלא שרואה הצלחה בכל עניניו.

    Synopsis

    Revi’i of parashas Beshalach recounts the events of Kerias Yam Suf. The Midrash says that when Hashem says, “Speak to the Jewish people and let them travel,” it is because Hashem wanted a Jew to jump into the sea simply because that is what Hashem commanded. It was only after Nachshon ben Aminadav jumped into the sea that the sea split, saving the Jewish people from Egypt and enabling them to receive the Torah and build the Mishkan etc., and eventually to enter Eretz Yisroel. The lesson is that even if one sees that there are obstacles to learning Torah constantly and diligently, and to fulfilling Hashem’s will behidur, when one demonstrates that he is nevertheless prepared to have mesiras nefesh to fulfill Hashem’s will, all the obstacles and hindrances fall away automatically. This is especially true for yeshivah students, whose entire function is Torah study and doing mitzvos. While it may sometimes seem to them that they face very difficult obstacles (particularly from not-good friends), and even more so when it comes to using even their free time for Torah study – nevertheless, when a bochur is not fazed by the obstacles and instead “jumps into the sea,” then “the sea splits” – the obstacles will cease to exist, and he will see success in all his endeavors.

    בתחילת פ' בשלח מסופר ע"ד הענין ד"ויהי בשלח פרעה את העם וגו'", שבזמן הכי קטן, "כהרף עין", נעשה שינוי מן הקצה אל הקצה – ממצב של גלות ועבדים לפרעה במשך מאות שנה למצב של גאולה "ביד רמה", עד ש"בשלח פרעה את העם" - פרעה בעצמו דאג לכך שיצאו מהגלות. וההוראה מזה לימינו אלו בנוגע לגאולה העתידה, ש"כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות": הן אמת שעברו ריבוי שנים בהם נמצאים בנ"י במצב של גלות, וכן בנוגע לאוה"ע, שישנם רבים שרצונם להתנהג באופן הרצוי, אלא שנמצאים במצב של גלות תחת שלטון אי-הצדק – הנה במשך זמן של "הרף עין" יכול להיות שינוי מן הקצה אל הקצה!

    Synopsis

    The beginning of parashas Beshalach describes how “When Pharaoh sent the people out…,” they experienced a complete transformation from one extreme to the other, from hundreds of years of exile and slavery to leaving “triumphantly” to freedom, in such a way that that “Pharaoh sent the people out,” meaning Pharaoh himself made sure they left – and this happened in “the blink of an eye.” The lesson for our times regarding the future Redemption (of which it says, “Like the days of your leaving the land of Egypt, I will show them wonders”): while it is true that the Jewish people have been in exile for many years, and among the non-Jews, too, there are many who wish to act properly, but are in a state of exile under the rule of injustice – nevertheless,, in the “blink of an eye” there can be a total transformation from one extreme to the other.
