A Very Necessary Discussion

I just recently found this podcast and have enjoyed the stories both positive and negative. This current one hit so many points that need brought to the forefront. I have countless stories over the past 30 years where situations became more difficult because basic skills on de-escalaltion and management of crisis are not followed. I will definitely be sharing this one with others.
