Ryan before 28 was ignorant to how empty, broken, and constantly in fight or flight he was. He pursued baseball accolades, women, substances, and various forms of attention in order to feel substantial, valuable, and worth a sh*t. He was able to impose his will and intelligence in life to achieve/fabricate momentary sensations of being "enough". Over the last 2 years he has been on the journey of moving from hell on earth to heaven on earth by operating authentically from a "heart first" approach. Ryan now lives from a place of innate love and worthiness after engaging in shadow/inner child work. Ryan's liberating journey has inspired him to create @middlefingermantras in support of other men who are looking to alchemize their own human experience.
