I’ve never fallen asleep so easily

For some reason, Josh’s voice can put me to sleep. Before the planet sleep podcast came out I would listen to mile higher and lights out. This is much easier to fall asleep to. I usually toss and turn for hours but not anymore.

relaxing

the music alone is relaxing. Josh's as a storyteller helped as well. any of his episodes on planet sleep has been good, I struggle as a mom to fall asleep, lots on my mind, having to listen to his episodes on here has sleeped me relax and knock out. I have yet to listen to an entire episode without falling asleep. thanks Josh! hi Kendall!

Relaxing and Educational.

Long time follower of these wonderful people. Josh's voice is very relaxing, & soothing. I am usually asleep within 10 minutes. I can sleep peacefully listening to the comforting music. I'm also learning facts as I sleep. Love everything about the. podcast. Another winner, Bravo 👏🏼
