🔸️🔸️ Good Story 🔸️🔸️

I enjoyed this book. it wasn't overpowering but had enough angst to keep me interested. I will be checking out more books by Ella Sheridan. The narration was excellent which really added to the interest in the book. Jason Clarke is one my favorite narrators. This may be my first listen by Stella Hunter and I was extremely pleased and will look forward to hearing more of her narration. LOVE ❤❤ the DUET style.

I am so excited for this book, I have been wanting to know what would come of Remi and Leah since they were introduced in Assassins Mark. Ella Sheridan has always got such interesting plots and twist and she does not disappoint when it comes to the Agozi Brother's Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter do an excellent job on the narration.

Assassin's Heart is the third book in the Assassins Series by Ella Sheridan.

We now get to hear the story of Remi and Leah. Do yourself a favour and read/listen to the previous two books, to get more of the back story.

In book one (Assassin's Mark), we see Remi has been injured and Leah is a nurse who is abducted to help save Remi's life. When Remi wakes from a coma, he knows instantly, Leah is the one for him.

Once Agozi's brothers know Remi will be ok, they let Leah go. Remi felt he was never going to be good enough for Leah and her daughter. He would watch over them from afar. One day Leah's daughter is kidnapped and he will do anything to ensure she is found and retuned to Leah. His plan is to find her and then left Leah go, but Leah has other plans.

Really enjoyed their story. I loved reading the story and when the audio came available, I enjoyed it even more. Once again Stella Hunter and Jason Clarke have delivered this story perfectly.

TICKED ALL MY BOXES

I was addicted to Abby and Levi’s Duet love story (books 1 & 2) and the family dynamics between the brothers, their backstories and their individual roles within the Assassin business they run.. but they live by a code “they don’t harm the innocent”. Successful, handsome, caring but lethal alphas and Remi has it bad for Leah (the nurse he kidnapped to look after Levi in the previous book) and he’s stalked her for two years. But Remi doesn’t want his killer hands and dangerous lifestyle to touch Leah’s life.. however, when danger comes to her door, all bets are off and Remi must step in to save his woman. However Leah has secrets too.. Mafia secrets that she’s running from which has put her and her six year old daughter Brooke in mortal danger.. secrets that will cause kidnapping, suspense, bloodshed, betrayal, uncertainties and a rollercoaster hesitant relationship. Wonderful caring hero and a strong heroine.. suspenseful drama with chills and thrills.. smoulders, sizzles and sex.. intrigue, fireworks and delicious feels.. yes, this ticked all the boxes for me. And the duet narration by Stella and Jason was five star magic, their voices fit all the characters and the non-stop dual POV storyline came to life with their perfect performances. WORTH A CREDIT? Yes and I’m looking forward to Eli’s story next.

I can't get enough of this series. The is the 3rd in the 4 part series. You definitely should read them in a row and not as stand alone's. I will start reading more of Ella Sheridan's books. This is the first I have read of her books and have not been disappointed, This is a story of one of the brothers struggling with does he want to keep doing what they do now or is it time to move on and find the things he feels he doesn't deserve. The story is similar to the other as far as the different types of genres in one book. There is drama, romance and action. It will keep you interested from beginning to end. The narrators are phenomenal. Jason Clark is really good at reading the parts of the dark, alpha male. Stella is also really good. She is a new narrator for me but I am looking forward to listening to more books with her narration, It is a dual narration. When listening their range is seamless and there is no doubt what emotions they are feeling at any given point. When I got to the end I just wanted to keep reading. This doesn't land on a cliffanger I just really enjoyed the book.
