Wanted: One roommate to share a three-bedroom house, split the rent, and ideally not be the guy I can’t stop thinking about.

I’m a man with too many secrets, so the last thing I need is a new roommate with a sexy smile and blue eyes that see right through me. Eight years ago, Roderick left town after high school. We’re not friends. I owe him nothing. But back then, I let one of my secrets slip, and he’s the only one who noticed.

Part of me knows I should run far, far away. But the other part wants him to come upstairs and spend the night. But if I let him in, I could lose everything.

Beautiful!

Sarina Bowen writes beautiful m/m books tackling difficult and realistic hurdles to happiness. Roderick and Kieran came from very different backgrounds and experiences but found that opposites do attract. Their relationship grew very organically and slowly until they finally admitted their attraction. Their story is a study in common themes experienced by the LGBTQ community. Stephen Dexter and Teddy Hamilton were brilliant and brought these two characters and their extended families to life perfectly. Definitely worth a credit. Bravo Sarina Bowen!

Hot, Sexy and Emotional Romance!

Never settle for less than everything you deserve. This M/M story was emotional, sexy and downright HOT. I love a good roommate, forced proximity romance and this story definitely hit the mark! Plus add in all the delicious breads, pretzels and other recipes that had me hungry just from listening to them being described. Double YUM!⁣

Kieran and Roderick were quite the opposites, one broody and quiet and the other out and talkative, but together they complimented each other and brought peace and love into their lives. Kieran has never really explored his sexuality but always knew that he was drawn to men, especially Roderick. The vulnerability they both showed with each other, opening their hearts and showing all the hurt inside had tearing up several times and wanting to wrap them both in a hug. Roderick and his bad luck with family and past boyfriends especially made my heart squeeze, an amazing man like him didn’t deserve to be shunned or hidden from the world. ⁣

I really enjoyed the “lessons” Roderick gave to Kieran, using his skills to show him to cook and be with a man, and in turn Kieran was able to give Roderick a family who would support him through anything. ⁣The chemistry and sex between them was scorching hot, listening to this book definitely took the experience to the next level, Teddy and Stephen were phenomenal. Overall I would highly recommend this on audiobook, it left me smiling and cheerful and oh so happy to be back in Vermont!

I think I’m a sad gay LoL, I’ve been only listening to audiobooks that are narrated by Teddy. I melt with his voice. 🥰🥰🥰

A good listen

It’s really good and it was definitely worth it! It’s a little slow at first but I’m super glad I stuck with it! The narration is great too. They both do an amazing job voicing these characters and bringing them to life. The story over all 10/10. And the spicy stuff was definitely spicy 😅

Beautiful read

Great story , storytelling and performance. A great modern gay romance with beautiful ending. A must read.
