A story with lots of twists and turns not to dark

A nice story it's a story that has lots of toys and turns it's in turn it's a little more a little police procedure with with a good plot line. It will be interesting to see how the author develops all the charactersAnd gives them a deeper voice as he continues to give a voice to the area or setting which is actually on additional character. I hope the author can find some additional storylines issue of storylines besides murder the that would make sense in an area like this. Whether it's smuggling or historical ruins and artifacts, Like in all these placed based mysteries the reality is Murder is not as frequent as they make it so finding some alternatives will be interesting. The performance was OK but I think in any new series if the performer stays with the audio series he'll He'll begin to develop clearer voices on all the characters.

I loved it! This is a great series,even better if you read this book first!lol Aubrey Parsons is a terrific narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

A nice change from the usual tale

Engaging story. Creditable characters, Wonderful narrator. Over-the-top (Uncomfortably) angry Harry when he was provoked. Worth the listen though. I was pleasantly surprised by the author’s end note, and his expressed appreciation to us readers.

Good mystery

I didn’t see the end coming, so that was good. I rather like old Harry though he is a bit grim, pun intended. Loved the accents, Aubrey Parsons did an excellent job narrating and providing enough variation in voices that I could usually tell who was speaking.

Great plot, setting and characters -

Beautifully narrated please procedurals set in rural UK been looking for a new series. Definitely following up on this writer. Enjoy.
