When Jerry follows the trail of his missing uncle, he discovers a mysterious monster-girl and an equally mysterious region called Delom where everything works like a video game. But there isn't time to gawk, because Jerry's inherited his uncle's farm, once the most famous animal breeder in Delom, and everything is falling apart. The animals are low level, there's not enough food to keep their health up, and a greedy developer wants to put Jerry and the farm out of business.

But if Jerry can discover his uncle's greatest secret, he might just be able to level up enough to save the farm. All he has to do is figure out how to breed monster-girls!

Honestly

I was actually expecting more snu-snu with the monster girls but the two scenes were good enough for a start. The justice system seems a bit confusing and I can see where it needs updated. Looking forward to the second book if there is one and that'll tell me if it's worth continuing if it goes on or not. It's definitely worth a listen I'll grant ya that

Great Story

I really enjoyed this book! Loved the characters and the plot. It setup a lot of problems to be solved I can’t wait to see the answers to the riddles. The narration was excellent, I certainly enjoyed the experience!

The story was surprisingly good and an excellent fantasy tale. it was excellent example of what it was claimed to be.

couldn't spot anything that needed to be improved. The reading was faultless on top of everything else.

Pretty Good

I love the concept, and the story is great. The narrator, while not great at doing male voices, was definitely good, and varied the girl's voices enough that there was no monotony in listening. My only real issue is the orgy scene. The first time Violet and Jerry have sex, it felt natural. The build up between them since they met and the constant sneaking around helped build a believable tension between them that culminated in them having sex. But the orgy scene had zero build up. Jerry created the other two animal girls, names them, and then they aren't mentioned again until the orgy. The scene just felt put of place. No build up, no tension, not even a plot point to further. The girls surprise him, massage him, have sex with him, and then disappear when he showers after. And Violet is the only one really mentioned again after that scene. It kinda feels like the scene was added just to create another sex scene for the book.

Overall, I love the book. Its not overly exotic or explicit, and, aside from the orgy scene, doesn't have any issues with flow or story development. I'm eagerly awaiting books 2 and 3 to make it to audible. I just hope the future books don't have randomly added sex scenes just for filler.
