I really did enjoy this read. made me realize things about myself I never even recognized. this book is uplifting in so many ways. I really do recommend it to everyone!

Every book he’s put out continues to contribute to my growth; mentally, physically and spiritually. I can always come back to his books and leave them feeling better and discovering something new that I overlooked before about myself. I enjoyed the narrator capturing close sylvester essence.
This is a great book for anyone at any age that is trying to live with more Intention in their lives.
