The cats are back!

Great fantasy world, amazing adventure, strong female characters. I really like the adventure with Florence and Doug and I'm excited to read the third book which is out!

And I'm not the only one. My 10 year old son overheard book one towards the very beginning and wanted to continue listening to it with me, and how we're BOTH hooked and we've been listening to the series together.

While the beginning of book 2 starts off a teensy bit slowly, at least some parts, it picks up the pace pretty quickly. Fair warning: if you haven't listed to or read book 1 yet, you will probably struggle to follow along with book 2 and it will detract from the enjoyment if the story. Therefore I highly recommend that you listen to this series in order.

As for the narration, Andrea Parsneau is awesome as always. This woman has some serious talent and her ability to make so many distinct voices on her own is nothing short of awe inspiring! Plus the inflection, timing, and delivery are spot on.

the cats are back with a lot of twists and way more action. Florence valentine is back in her stuck up ways and she ain't changing but definitely growing. if you enjoyed the first one don't hesitate to grab the sequel

This series is nice for spicing up your dungeon core gamelit list. Hits some cliches but not all of them at all.
