I honestly haven't listened past the first 15 minutes it helps me relax and fall asleep so well. The first 15 minutes of the audiobook is great though. I chose this one from all the others because of the narrators voice and tone and I picked correctly.

The reader has a soft, monotone voice that was very relaxing. The first night I listened to it, I didn’t think it was working, and the next thing I knew it was morning. The second night it relaxed me a lot, but I still can’t fall asleep. I was just getting to a point of clearing my thoughts when it ended. If it was longer, I’m sure I would have dozed off. This is a great listen for anyone trying to clear their thoughts at the end of the day and relax.

Absolutely love the voice! I’ve listened 3 times so far and have slept great. It’s only 45 minutes but I have never heard it all. Works great and you’ll be sleeping before it’s done.
