So many thoughts and questions I had as I read (listened to) the other Pern books have been answered in these stories. I wish I had read (listened) to this just after the first Pern book.

The Dragons...their dry wit and devotion to their riders make them special!

monotone....expressionless....the same for all characters

The narrator mispronounced some English words and some names/words unique to Anne Mccaffrey's world. It was annoying. Other than that, she did an acceptable job.

One of my favorite series but the narrator is very monotone like. When I started it, I thought it was an AI bot reading it. Please fix.

The awkward inflections and complete lack of difference between character voices made this a tougher listen than it should have been. It felt completely unnatural, and kept pulling me out of the story.
