Outstanding! Extremely informative and genuine. The author provides a peak behind the curtain when it comes to divorce process, attorneys, judges, and what is the usual outcome. I also appreciate the author narrating his own book. Strongly recommend!

Everything you don't want to learn the hard way.

A sequel focused on high conflict divorce with a coercive, controlling, and financially, emotionally, and/or physically abusive spouse would be most welcome.

The Only Book You'll Ever Need on Divorce...

With 2 young children who desperately need their father, I am unable to be there for them at this time . Had I discovered this book 6 months or a year ago, I believe things would be much different.

You can't put a price on being prepared if and when faced with divorce...
If i could turn back time, I would gladly pay $50,000 for this book.
What kind of idiot would pay $50,000 for a book???

The kind of idiot who has burned through nearly double that, put his kids through hell, lost everything in the process, has accomplished nothing and is still fighting.

If you think divorce is even a small possibility, START READING! Going into a divorce without it is like bringing a knife to a gun fight....

Handy, no-frills, and informative

Excellent guide for various situations when dealing with divorce or separation. It provided me with a comprehensive understanding of who, what, when, and where to expect and avoid stumbling blocks.

What is up with the constant rewinds?

The book itself is fine. A well-intended berating to behave well and do your best to stay out of court. Message received, loud and clear.

But throughout the book, probably on chapter breaks, it was constantly repeating sentences. It was distracting enough to motivate me to write this review, let's just put it that way. The audiobook needs to be edited and cleaned up.

Otherwise, good stuff and would highly recommend it.
