Warning if you don't like books that have to do with cutting conniving people that use local words, teenagers that get into trouble, or family members that make their teenagers do things that they don't want to do, then this book is not for you. This book is excellent has a lot of Cliffhangers at the end can't wait until the 5th book comes out because I need to know what's going to happen. Still, as I said, some of the chapters that you either in this book is cut a cringe-worthy, and some of it is farfetched that will never happen. That's why they call it fiction.

this audio kept me on the dgw of my seat, I read this book twice and the audio brought it to life.

Better !

This is the first of this series that I have felt truly engaged and intrigued by. The story is taking some very interesting twists and turns. I think part of my struggle is this is a 5 book series without a ton of forward progress from book to book. The darkness is what it is and the reader is thoroughly earned. The narrators did a nice job but I’m still not loving the female narrator’s male voices.
