Powerful, timely for me as I am less than 6months old in my CEO role in a health care organization as well as a physician. Listening to it now for the 4th time before I can take down some notes to apply. A great read for all regardless of the stage in their CEO role. I salute.

Perfect for large organizations

As CEO of a 900+ people company with multiple SBU, this book is a life changer for me, guiding in the right direction. If I have read it when we were smaller, I wouldn't have enjoyed it so much. It covers all the aspects I can think of for me to do and also all that I couldn't imagine.
