Could not stop listening . The descriptions of the ruggedness of the terrain and id the horse were so realistic. 👌

I’m crying! What an ending.
The narrator did an excellent job and the storytelling is magnificent. I could not stop listening.

Excellent narration.

One of Abbey's Best

Poetic, descriptive, colorful, good story. Makes me want more. I. glad it was finally released. Easy going and not in a hurry. Relax and listen.

Interesting characters, well written, dark and unsatisfying ending.

The structure is solid, a well crafted story. There is a feeling throughout, however, that this will not end well. I imagine this story was somewhat of an influence to Cormac McCarthy, who is an even darker sadist than Edward Abbey.
