The world teeters on the brink of destruction.
The people who should be saving the Earth ignore Jason Asano's warnings and choose to loot the house as it burns down around them. He lacks the strength to save the world himself, but resolves to do it anyway, impossible be damned.
The impossible, in this case, means seizing a power that no mortal should touch. It's a choice from which there is no turning back, and marks Jason's first step into a wider cosmos that he is not yet ready to face.
Holding the fate of two worlds in his hands, Jason must decide for himself what home truly means.

LitRPG means Literary Role Playing Game. Simply put, it’s the book version of watching someone play a video game, usually one that’s set up like an MMO (massively multiplayer online) RPG. It’s a blend of sci-fi and fantasy, depending on how it comes to be that our main character ends up living inside a virtual reality. the point of LitRPG is not how we get there, but that we get to be in this virtual reality period, living life as a badass video-game character. Beat the grind and submerse yourself in these addictive LitRPGs.

Fantastic Continuation

However it only really went about tying up loose ends and setting the stage for the 3rd arc of this story. So I feel cheated as this very easily, in my uneducated opinion, could have been added on to book 5 and the combined lengths still wouldn't have been as long as the longest in series. I guess it really feels like shirtaloon was trying to make each arc three books and kinda ran out oomph/ideas/muse or just cut this off the end of book 5. Granted I am not the author and don't know their motivations but that is how it feels to me.
I am still probably going to continue this series unless the storytelling takes a nosedive. But I feel as if this more a money grab or attempt to keep each arc a trilogy than what it could have been.
Feels Capitalist/Trilogyist
