Narrator is awful.

The narration is stiff and robotic. The story is good, but it’s very difficult to get through due to the narrator. I’ll be reading books 2 and 3 instead of continuing to struggle.

The narrator is not good.

This narrator sounds like she is reading a newspaper. It takes away from the story.

Intriguing story, grating narrator

Narrator is robotic and does a serious injustice to many familiar characters. Tommy is given an east-end accent throughout the story which shows how little the Narrator knows about the series.

CJ's books are always engaging and fun it's a bummer that this reading of it takes away so much of that joy.

Didn’t love the narrator

This story was good, but I did not enjoy the narrator at all. I wish it had been read by CJ Archer’s normal narrator!

Great story, terrible performance

I'm committed to the series, but I may switch to non audio, due to the atrocious voice performance. The characters become horrid and unlikeable, particularly Sylvia and Charity.
