A true pioneer, teacher, mentor and friend

Joe has always been a guy that I'd go to for information, but the podcast has taken it to another level. I feel like he's talking directly to me and it's easy to understand and digest. I've followed him for over 20 years now and his information and knowledge has only gotten better. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who's serious about strength training to listen to his podcast. It got me through my tough times and it's helped me come back to training better than ever. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Joe, thanks again for all that you've done for my career and the community. God bless you my brother from another mother.
