Valuable sound bites
Ted makes a convincing case for ethical manipulation, expanding on what Alex Hormozi wrote in Gymlaunch Secrets and $100M offers. Examples like “convince undernourished client to take supplement with breakfast” as an underhanded tactic to get them to eat breakfast by selling them the easy fix they want to make them commit to the hard lifestyle changes they need. Also of note - emphasize a regular (pre-session) pre-workout regime with non-compliant clients as an easy win and to provide a source of energy to attend gym sessions. The supplement industry is 2x the fitness industry because it’s less effort - don’t fight human nature, promote it as a gateway habit to healthier habits!
