Interesting story

This was a great book with an interesting story behind it all! I will definitely read it again!

Cute story, distracting narrator

The story is what you’d expect, but the narrator…

The inflection often came across as a bit robotic and the prevalence of the narrator’s Minnesota accent despite the characters being from Virginia/Missouri was fairly distracting.

Better than I was expecting

I'm pleasantly surprised by how good this book was. I love small town romance and when a main character is able to look past outside pressures and expectations to fight for the love they deserve.

Gray and Maddie

Carrie Elks is a new to me author. I was not disappointed at all. Take Me Home is a heartbreaking, sweet, endearing and enjoyable forbidden romance. Gray an Maddie are extremely lovable. Their chemistry is undeniable and their connection is perfection. I enjoyed everything about this story.

Take Me Home is really a wonderful romance.
So heartfelt and honest. I am glad a listened to the audio as well as it was beautifully read.
