What begins as a pleasant siesta from the horrors of the world soon transforms into the last thing Kash needs—a noisy tenant in his rental property next door. The biggest surprise is the lone adult of the bunch. She is definitely something to look at from the back, but the noise coming out of that backyard is more than he can handle.

As Emily settles into life in the new house, she looks forward to a life with her younger siblings, but someone is determined to make sure she never feels safe. She doesn’t know why, but she’s sure someone is following her. Now the only question is...should she enlist the help of her handsome yet grouchy landlord, or can she tackle this problem on her own?

Great story

Thos would have been a great book to listen too. However the book need a female narrator also. It was very hard to follow the story with only one voice that never changed.

Terrible narration

The story itself was ok, aka average. The narration was terrible. AI, presumably. Long pauses where they shouldn't be and then no pause at all between chapters. Male voice was used throughout making it ridiculous when the female was speaking. Narration ruined my enjoyment of the story. Recommend author use real people to narrate!

If I had a say................

Overall this was a good book except for the narrator. I would love to read the other books in this series but I just couldn't listen to that narrator again. His voice was horrible, to begin with, the female voice I just didn't understand, it was no different from the male. I found myself rewinding a couple of times just making sure I was listening to the female. It's my first time with this narrator and hopefully the last. If he read the additional books in this series, I will just have to let them go, I really couldn't take it.

Worst writing ever

Don’t even think about listening, so disjointed, poor writing and bad grammar! Audio was difficult to discern different characters and went from a sentence end right to the next chapter. Waste of money!
