This is good stuff.

This some good humaning. Sometimes it feels really good to listen to emotionally educational content without being told to do x,y,z or be in your therapist office doing the hard work. It's like getting to listen to what your therapist is thinking, feeling, experiencing. With an elevated mindfulness behind it; lots of teachable moments. I'm excited to listen to more and see how it evolves.
