But here’s the secret: Self-love must always come first. Feel it, embody it, taste it, smell it…. You have to live and breathe self-love everyday. Give permission to your heart to open up again, even if it’s been horribly mistreated and abuse before.

These love affirmations will support you and guide you on your journey toward unconditional self-love. They will heal you in times of heartbreak, attract new partners that will truly honor the woman that you are, and will change your self-image forever.

It’s given me a push to take control of my life and to just keep moving forward. Sometimes we need that little encouragement and this book did that for me.

I greatly enjoyed this audiobook for its meaningful truth and heartfelt encouragement. So many times I found myself nodding my head while reading because of how each line resonated with me. No matter who you are, you're sure to feel understood and uplifted 'til the very last page. Wise and honest with great transparency.

Simple and so needed

Everyone should own this book. I wish I had more time to elaborate on how much I've enjoyed this audiobook and its author. I've bought all his work now. 10/10 recommend!

I used the concepts to write an outline for a small group discussion on the power of thoughts and words. I found the section on why affirmations don't work very helpful.

This is an amazing gift to give to any woman struggling with issues of self-worth. Go listen and write down your favorite affirmations then put them on your mirror and say them daily.
