I think this story had potential but it fell flat and the characters were either not developed or not developed enough. Where some could have been stronger it appears they were weak. Not only in integrity but personal worth in a way, m assuming, to make others seem stronger, more intimidating. It just didn’t work unfortunately.

Narrator did well with what she had.

It’s midnight and my bedtime was two hours ago! This book is so good & the narration was excellent. Love the details and build-up of the characters and story.
