It helped calm her fears of giving birth. She was provided with useful information to manage fear, prepare her body, diet, exercise, and prepare for the baby.
I knew she was amazing and totally capable of giving birth but she needed some convincing and this audiobook did that for her. So a big thank you to the author and I definitely recommend it to new parents for a little confidence boost!

This is a great guide for every pregnant woman and every woman with the hopes of being pregnant one day. It covers everything you need to know from having a safe pregnancy, proper nutrition and exercise, and what you need to know to prepare for your baby.
My favorite part of this book was the mindfulness and meditation. Women often forget the importance of taking care of their mental health while pregnant. This book will guide you through this process.
