Quality contributors and production

I wish there were titles on the chapters. one section was out of place. Each of the contributors brought up good points, but I personally found DeRouchie and Longman to be the most compelling. On the whole I felt like all the contributors missed the forest for the trees to some extent or other, but still did a great job
