a shorter story, but would definitely recommend for any Templar fan! gives you some insights into the chapter, where the chapter is going after the introduction of primaris Marines, and into the high Marshall himself.

The Emperor Protects! I knew I needed to listen to a Black Templars book, considering I am new to the hobby, but am currently putting the final touches on my first army, the Templars themselves. This book gave me some ideas of how to paint Helbrecht himself, whom I own but have not yet done more than primed, waiting for inspiration such as this.

If you’re a fan of the series you won’t hate it, but there’s nothing that makes it stand out. A strong start then craters till the end
