Hot! Hot! Hot! 🔥loved it! ❤️ This was a great book, and the narrators made even better.

Age gap romance at it's best.

I fell hard for this book as I watched Harlow fall harder and harder for her father's business partner. There is a ten-year age gap and the taboo of her father's partner but beyond that is the love that Harlow has for Bridger and as she grows up that love grows too. It was so much fun to watch Bridger struggle with his attraction to Harlow, knowing he shouldn't feel that way toward her. Watching Harlow tempt him in so many ways and how Bridger withstood the pull between them was so intriguing.

There are also the dynamics of Harlow's father and the many relationships she has to traverse through because of him. For a twenty-one-year-old, Harlow is mature beyond her years so really she is perfect for Bridger. The supporting characters are great as well and I can't wait for their stories to come to life. The buildup is so steamy and expressed so well by the writer. That is one of the things I love best about this author, she always makes me feel and this book did that for me. I felt their love, I felt the attraction and I felt the tension of keeping it all secret and what it would mean if her father found out. I loved it all.

Joe Arden and Vanessa Edwin were amazing. Vanessa especially brought Harlow to life and gave her all the emotion that was flowing from the pages. Joe gave Bridger the uptight feel and restraint that was there for him. You could feel the conflict he was fighting, his attraction vs his responsibilities. They were both so good and I loved listening from beginning to end.

Age-gap forbidden romances are my guilt pleasure. Lauren Blakely absolutely slays this one and made it impossible to put down. The pull that Bridger has on Harlow is intense and he doesn’t even try. As a matter of fact, Bridger tries his hardest to resist his pull towards Harlow, but she makes it nearly impossible. These two are fire! I loved watching this relationship develop and seeing them navigate all the obstacles in their way!
As always Vanessa Edwin and Joe Arden bring this masterpiece to life.

What a great way to kick off the series!

Loved Harlow and Bridger’s story. Great HEA and sweet epilogue that had me looking for tissues. So sweet. If you are a LB fan you will not be disappointed with this one.

Amazing romance

This is perfect when I needed a break from fiction and to get whisked away in a great story. Love how courageous she is and goes after what she wants. Enjoyed and am looking forward to the next book in the series.
