Must be in the land of stupid

I really tried to finish this book. But it went so long before any of the characters picked up or used any type of weapon other than a car. I would think that once they understood what was going on they would pick up something other than a shovel and a table leg and that was after about 15 hours in the book.

great writing, engaging story

This guy is a really good writer! I'll be getting more of his stuff. In a oversaturated genre, this story finds a way to have unique circumstances that kept me entertained and made me look forward to what was coming next.

Fresh take on the zombie story

Overall, very pleased on the entire story. The outbreak was a fresh twist to a sometimes tired origins story line. I was pleasantly surprised.

There were a few times that I thought the author was going to slide into a few cliche plots lines, but for the most part he steered clear away.
Mathew Crow did an excellent job in narration as well.

I got the entire series for 1 credit- an absolute steal for hours of listening pleasure.

Enthralling

One of the best zombie books I have ever listened to. I just finished my second listen and it was as fun as the first. With all the different narrators out there Matthew Crow is one of the best in my opinion.
