His father is murdered by werewolf hunters....

After his father is murdered, Jaze and his mother are forced to flee and start new life. On top of adjusting to a new school and trying to make new friends, he must try to stop a killer from striking again.

A new pack and a new love, moving to a new place is difficult for any teenager. Being a werewolf, Jaze must make peace with the territory’s pack. Falling in love make his new situation even more perilous.

Silver is the first audiobook in a fast paced and exciting series unlike any werewolf stories you have heard before. It shows that with love, there truly are no limits.

I don't usually read books about werewolves because they are often full of animal instincts and sex. This was a story about family and community and love. The characters are real and full of personality. They are dealing with hard things and suffering, but are still choosing to do the right thing and protect those who need their help. The villain reminded me of Scar in The Lion King and so did his ending. All in all, I thought it was a great story.

Pleasingly surprised!
