I don’t understand how this is horror?

This was a lot of back and forth and kind of a boring story. Nothing horror about it. Very weird storyline and I couldn’t even tell you the plot. Save a credit and skip this.

Not really a horror.

The plot was incredibly vague and there aren’t really answers until the very end. It was a bit hard to follow and uneventful. It didn’t really keep my attention well and I certainly wouldn’t call it a “horror” novel. More like a short thriller/ crime fiction.

Such a strange read.... in a good way?

This book is batshit. It's hard to get a grip on what's happening sometimes because of the loose narrative but it's weirdly fascinating. Disjointed in its narrative but it's short enough that I really didn't care.

I like this author I've listened to other books and they are good. don't let this book be the reason you don't listen to another one if his books. however the proformance was good. but this wasn't it.
