MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD is in the final stages of FDA testing. Clinical trials are reporting a 70 percent cure rate for a condition that claims thousands of lives globally every day—hundreds in the US alone.

But until it’s fully legalized, MDMA is still a Schedule I drug, saddled with years of misunderstanding, misinformation, and misuse.

In this groundbreaking, informative, and easy-to-read book, Dr. Dan Engle shows you the treatment through the eyes of a fictional patient so you can see how it works without ever setting foot in a doctor’s office.

Follow in-depth conversations between doctor and patient, learn about the history of MDMA-assisted therapy, understand how and why it helps, and experience the process for yourself—without ever having to take anything.

The treatment presented here is a synthesis of the real experiences and stunning results happening today in trials around the world. Whether you or a loved one suffer from PTSD, or you just want to heal something that’s keeping you from living your best life, don’t miss A Dose of Hope.

I just finished this book after approx. 2 years, on and off.

It was really helpful for me, as I am myself doing MDMA therapy and have been doing so/considering it for quite a while.

The narrator is really awesome, and the storyline mimics a client from an almost 1st-person POV (which I, in my current life story/work, can really relate to).

I found this book really helpful and recommend it to ANY people who are interested in the wonders of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy and healing from PTSD, trauma, etc.

The only thing I personally would have loved would have been more professional knowledge, as it seemed to be a lot more down-to-earth/client-targeted.

Amazing story. The professional knowledge is something I personally would have loved to see more of. This book may be wonderful for 1st-time clients, though.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars with an arrow upwards ⬆️

Thank you Dr Dan!

This provided so much information about the therapy, but the story was so beautiful and impactful and made me think and relate to on its own as well. Great listen. I also bought the physical book and will probably read and listen more than once.

This Book was its own Journey
