Maybe reading the book would be better than listening?

Bad narrators, the male especially sounded like a robot. The dialogue was hard to listen to and I seriously questioned whether it was AI for the male roles for most of it.

Written by a preteen AI?

The plot is interesting, but dysfunctional connected with harlequin romance cliches. Character development didn’t progress beyond pre-teen, with ‘it’s not fair’ being utilized as an ultimate fix all. I do have to admit, I’m going to finish listening to this story, but only out of he same morbid fascination that causes others to rubber neck a car crash or gather for the proverbial train wreck. He book has caused me to recognize my gratitude for not having to raise daughters.

enjoyed

this one was definitely not what I was expecting., but I must say it totally sucked me in. Looking forward to more of this series.

Poorly written

I can’t believe someone recommended this book. Poorly written; I gave it a shot but couldn’t Finnish it. Don’t waste your time.

Great Story, Poor Delivery

I loved this story and found the concept very intriguing and entertaining. the female actor was great and fit the dialog very well. I, unfortunately, found emotion in the male actors voice very disconnected and monotone.
