Cute Romance

I've never heard of this book before, but so glad I have it a shot. Cute Romance with happy endings. Jolly makes a wonderful couple! 😉☺️

I would listen to it again, I guess

A few things, at least twice it seems like the scene location changes in the middle of the scene, unbeknownst to the reader. When they “fight”, the MMC is a huge red flag. Also, “lick my wounds” is such a freaking disgusting metaphor. This is actually a cute story and I would probably read/listen to it again. But maybe this author needs to have someone read her book before it’s published?

Welcome to Winterville

Josh and Holly's story started years ago in her family's town that shares the joy of Christmas year round. By chance both come back at the same time years later for very different reasons but once again run into one another. I am interested in seeing where the rest of the winter families stories go. If you get the chance check out the audiobook it was a great listen.

Winterville is Adorable!

I really enjoyed the characters and the town. It was sweet and atmospheric and I really love the Winters. Spicy but always so sweet for Christmas. Great narration as well.

Enjoyable holiday storytelling!

Josh and Holly’s battle of the sexes unites a Christmas adverse corporate raider and a Christmas obsessed forensic accountant who find themselves drawing battle lines in a magical town that treasures Christmas 365 days of the year. It’s a second chance reunion 8 years in the making loaded with verbal jousting, suggestive banter and secretive battle plans that will affect the entire town. Both characters have emotional triggers from childhood that have made them the adults they are today and mixing business and pleasure is always a sticky wicket. I really enjoyed the tight knit bond between the six pack of cousins who are determined to save their beloved grandmother’s legacy. It’s an appealing romance with loads of holiday charm and a happily ever after that I enjoyed along with the entertaining narration performance of Jennifer Jill Araya.
