I've had years of training and investigating my dreamland scapes and what habits to develop and work on in order to have more autonomy during Dreamtime, both for lucid dreaming and astral journeying. My tips and tricks, I've learned over many years from may different people, videos, seminars, websites, trial and error, etc etc etc.
What's even more important than exploring different methods, is the PRACTICE and CONSISTENCY. It's like any kind of training to hone in on a skill.
I really like the training methods presented in this compilation. Consider it a zero-to-hero journey. It's important to understand that once you start experiencing lucidity, different tricks work for different people and you've got to explore and experiment to see what works for you. Regardless, this book is a GREAT place to begin, or to fine-tune, your training.

This audiobook is a great listen for people who have trouble falling asleep. It will help you relax and take the stress off of your daily grind, even if you have trouble falling asleep. The canter of the women's voice combined with the very relaxing background music, will drift you off to a soulful sleep and when you awake in the morning you will feel refreshed by the experience of a good night's sleep! I'd recommend it to anyone who has trouble falling asleep and also to those people who just want to relax and feel the stress melt away!
