Unexpected

This story goes deeper into what a Dominant job is for his / her submissive. In a lot of Dom books you get a lot of sex. This is not the case here, but you do get some sex and visits to a sex club. Rayanna has been used in all the wrong ways all her life. After ending up in the hospital she must start thinking on her own to get her daughter back. When her demon comes back to get her Lucien will do whatever it takes to get her back. Jamal Roque did an excellent job on the narration!

Good series

There may be some triggers for some, just a quick warning. Watching an abused young woman find herself and grow was something amazing. I wasn’t sure I was going to like this, but I enjoyed the way the characters developed and how the story played out.

This is the first story I have listened to in the bliss series. I loved it from beginning to end. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Eternally Yours by Deanndra Hall is Book 6 in the Bliss Series. Lucien is the Dominant who is there for his half brother when he needs him at his kink club. Rayanna, the captive, that is shattered, broken and downright destroyed. Feelings that Lucian knows all too well. And the club that brings them together.

I liked the storyline with all its realism in dealing with violent abuse and the pathway to recovery and healing while weaving in the healing benefits a dominant/ submissive relationship can bring when demonstrated through love, truth, respect and consent. Unfortunately, the narrator was, tedious at times, with a repetitive cadance and tone that drew me away from the story.
I invite you to listen and dive into Lucien and Rayanna's story as it is a story about the triumph of good over evil, alternative over vanilla and love over hate.
