This book has a wealth of information that I had to listen to over and over to understand the lessons. So very valuable and informative.

Sharing in a metaphysical believe!!!

My whole physical life on earth this time has been for me, searching for a way out of what others are sharing from the ENERGY of the physical reality being shared from/with All of US on this place we all feel is home (MOTHER EARTH)!!! This book or better know to share with me his journey to see, hear and feel what we all together believe to real our reality of what we feel is needed by me, you and all to agree with the physical worlds energy and needs in order to allow all of us that are physical, emotional and mentally aware enough to ask for help when necessary for the physical energy being shared to help All that are seeking Love vs hate, peace vs war, harmony vs fear!!! For most of Us that tend to focus on what we have been taught and then get caught on only one plain of our own beings awareness by that simple thaught of energy available being shared with all of US!!! Being in of Fear over our Mother's needs to love ourselves enough to share with our brothers and sisters!!! All beings here on a Spiritual/Mental universal spacial journey in a reality being shared by all beings energy real or imagined at this time???

Good read

Repetitive of things you already know. But it had good points when it broke down the attachments to levels and examples used. We can definitely learn a thing or two. I recommend.
