This is a great affirmations book for anyone with diabetes.

As a nurse, I know that mind over matter is important for those with diabetes. It's hard work fighting this disease that makes you hungry, crave sugars and gives you mood swings. Sticking to the diabetic diet is only one of the challenges that this book can help a diabetic with.

What I like about this book is that many of these affirmations can also apply to those without diabetes as well.

If you love affirmations, or want to give yourself some encouragement and compassion, then get this uplifting audiobook. I got it for my diabetic husband.

A good read for anyone trying to get their mind around diabetes. Much of how you deal with it is mindset and the author does a good job of helping you get your mindset right!
