I really enjoyed listening to this Audiobook Powerful Affirmations for Weight loss. The author did a great job explaining in each chapter. Chapter 1 covered Emotional eating and that is what I really needed to get help with. I also really appreciated the chapter on Observing and obeying your true hunger. This book can really help anyone how is struggling with weight loss.

Fantastic Guide to Help With Overeating
Powerful Affirmations for Weight Loss is a great guide to help you on your weight loss journey. I thoroughly enjoyed Chapter 3: Evade Your Triggers. I too struggle with not only overeating, but eating when I am not even hungry. Working overnights, it’s very easy to want to eat because you are bored or tired. It’s a bad habit to fall into.
The affirmations really help you identify those triggers and tell your subconscious that you don’t need to fill those voids with food. I look forward to my continue use of this audiobook!
