I was able to read the book before the release because of my pre-order. This is one of the best books that I have read in awhile and the study is a valuable addition to it! It is relevant to just about anyone! It has given me a much more healthy perspective on the emotions that God gave us, and practical ways to manage them in a good way! I highly recommend!
